Ratan Tata Passed Away At Age 86
Industrialist Ratan Tata died. He had been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai for old age-related issues. He died at the Mumbai’s famous Breach Candy hospital Wednesday night. He was 86 years old at the time of death.
Reports emerged on Sunday night from various media channels that Ratan Tata had been admitted to a private hospital in Mumbai. He was also reported to have been admitted to the ICU after his health condition had started deteriorating very fast. However, the industrialist dismissed all speculations on Monday morning and claimed that all the news was false. Instead, he went to the hospital for a routine check-up owing to several problems related to old age. After that news about his death reached Wednesday night.
Despite his old age, Ratan Tata was always very active in the world of work. Besides that, he was quite active on social media. The way he has steered the Tata Sons company, the company’s activities have practically set a precedent in the world of Indian industry. He fell ill all of a sudden at midnight on October 6. He was immediately taken to a hospital in Mumbai.
His message started taking rounds on social media as tension mounted in every corner of the country and his health-related news started trickling. He said he is fit. There is nothing to worry about him. But on Wednesday, his health began to deteriorate once again. It was then known that the situation was grim. And the legendary industrialist did not return. The news of his death came at night.

The industry was shocked by this incident. Industrialists from Harsh Goenka to Gautam Adani, and Anand Mahindra have already sent messages of condolence through X. Condolences expressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
