Flying Beast Gaurav Taneja’s Wife Ritu Rathee Breaks Silence on Divorce Rumors in Viral Video
In the past few days, rumours of separation between popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, widely known as Flying Beast, and his wife Ritu Rathee have been making headlines. The speculation started when a video surfaced showing a woman, believed to be Ritu, confronting Premanand Maharaj and accusing her husband of cheating. Social media quickly picked up on the rumours, creating a buzz around the couple’s relationship.
However, Ritu Rathee has now addressed these rumours in a recent video she posted on Instagram. In the video, titled ‘Divorce Reality Check’, Ritu confirmed that she was indeed the woman in the viral video. She candidly spoke about the ongoing situation, urging people not to make her husband, Gaurav, out to be the villain. Ritu, who is a professional pilot and content creator, stated that the issues between her and her husband are personal, and no one should interfere or jump to conclusions.

Ritu further clarified, “Yes, we disagreed. He thought he was right, and I thought I was right. But that doesn’t mean people should judge the kind of man he is. I know my husband, and I don’t need anyone else’s opinion about his character.” She also emphasized that despite the online speculation, she does not see herself as a ‘victim’ or ‘poor.’
Earlier, Gaurav Taneja had also addressed the rumours on his Instagram, expressing frustration over how quickly men are often portrayed as villains during marital disputes. The couple, who has been married for eight years, is loved by millions of fans who follow their content on social media. Their fans, often highly vocal, have quickly weighed in on the situation, leading Ritu to express her dismay over the growing gossip.
“I left social media a year ago, and I don’t regret it,” Ritu shared in the video. She also touched on societal changes, saying, “In the past, society blamed women for everything in joint families. Today, when a couple faces issues, it’s the man who’s blamed.”
